How do I make a purchase? Select your product, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store? No, we sell exclusively online to offer the best prices and a curated selection of global trends.
Do you ship to my country? Yes, we ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, Spain, and the United States. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking code via email.
What are the payment methods? We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available on supported devices.
Can I pay on delivery? Currently, we do not offer cash-on-delivery. All payments are processed securely through our online platform.
Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel orders before they are processed. Contact us immediately if you need to update your details. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
Why did I only receive part of my order? If your order includes products from different logistics centers, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking codes for each shipment.
What is the return policy? You have 7 days for change-of-mind returns and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
What if my delivery is delayed? If 12 business days have passed since dispatch, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
