Refund Policy

At Bunny Shopper, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Timeframes

  • Customer Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

  • Visible Damage: For items such as broken glass or missing parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video of the product and its packaging.

Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the item is received and the quality analysis is approved, you may choose an exchange for another product or a full refund of the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered is correct and in good condition.

Warranty All products carry a 30-day warranty. To activate it, please provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos demonstrating the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.

Exclusions The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage occurring after purchase, damage caused by liquids, unauthorized repair attempts, or natural wear and tear.
